Manalox 230
This highly reactive product is an oxoaluminum acylate based on octoic acid; and is provided as a solution in isopropyl octoate ester (a byproduct of the manufacturing process).
When incorporated into varnish solutions at about 120°F, Manalox 230 reacts quite rapidly and gels without the grainy structures often encountered at higher temperatures.
Manalox 230 provides ideal gelling reaction if you require short cycle times or are limited by lower temperature capabilities.
Manalox 230 does not produce any volatile byproduct alcohols during the gelling reaction.
